Customer Success Manager, EMEA

About Driversnote

Driversnote is a profitable, product-led SaaS company based in Copenhagen that helps over 4.5 million users simplify mileage tracking, with paying customers in 100+ countries. Our core product is a freemium mobile app, often paired with our iBeacon hardware for precise, automated mileage logging, and backed by a powerful web platform.

We’re a close-knit team of 50 working together across design, mobile and web development, marketing, support, sales and customer success. We’ve quadrupled our ARR in the last three years by staying focused on delivering real value to our users, and we’re now expanding from B2C into B2B, building advanced features for teams.

Our Customer Success and Support team is locally anchored in Denmark, Canada and Australia. Customers get help in their own time zone from people who know their market, its rules and how its businesses work.

The role

As Customer Success Manager for EMEA, you own a portfolio of our larger business customers and make sure they get real value from Driversnote, renew, and grow.

This is an outcome-led role, not a usage-monitoring one. Teams today can build their own tracking or buy a system that includes it, so we win by helping customers save money, stay compliant and run their mileage process with less effort. You’ll be the person who makes that happen for your accounts.

Success looks like this after your first year:

  • Your accounts renew, and you know why the few that leave did
  • New accounts are live and in use within weeks, not months
  • Your accounts grow in licences and use more of what we offer
  • Customers see you as a trusted adviser on mileage, reimbursement and compliance, and Driversnote is built into how they work, from their mileage policy to their payroll and AI tools

What you’ll do

  • Own retention and renewals. Manage renewals for your accounts from start to finish, spot risk early and act on it.
  • Get new accounts live. Run onboarding for new teams, with kickoffs for admins, managers and drivers, so the first year sets them up for success.
  • Grow your accounts. Find expansion opportunities where it makes sense, help teams roll out to more drivers and pass qualified leads to Sales.
  • Lead outcome-focused reviews. Run annual and quarterly business reviews built around what customers achieve, not just how much they use the app.
  • Be the expert. Advise customers on mileage reimbursement policy, tax compliance and audit-readiness in your markets.
  • Get Driversnote deeper into their processes. Help customers improve how they handle mileage end to end: shaping their mileage policy, connecting Driversnote to payroll, finance and AI tools, and removing manual steps, so we become part of how they work, not just an app they use.
  • Help shape new services. Work with us as we build new offers, such as fleet mileage reports, CO2 reporting and compliance checks.
  • Keep the data clean. Use HubSpot, health scores and AI tools to manage your portfolio, and log why customers leave so we can learn from it.
  • Be the customer’s voice. Share what you hear with Product, Sales and Support to improve the product.

What we’re looking for

  • A few years’ experience in customer success, account management or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience owning renewals or a revenue target, or helping customers get live with a new system
  • Native or near-native English, written and spoken, since many of our customers are in the UK
  • A commercial mindset: you can turn a customer’s goals into a reason to renew and grow
  • Comfortable with data, CRM tools and AI; you use numbers to spot risk and show value
  • A real interest in using AI to create more value, not just to work faster. We take AI seriously here, not as a buzzword: you’ll use and help shape the AI agents and workflows our team relies on every day
  • Clear, warm communication with everyone from drivers to finance directors
  • The role is based in our Copenhagen office, and you need a valid permit to work in Denmark

Nice to have

  • Experience with expansion and upsell in existing accounts
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of mileage reimbursement, fleet management, payroll or tax compliance
  • Experience with HubSpot

This role is probably not for you if…

  • You want to stay at a strategic distance. This is a hands-on role: you’ll run onboardings, dig into data, fix problems and talk to drivers as well as finance directors.
  • You only want large accounts. Your portfolio will be a mix of smaller teams and large accounts, and you need to enjoy both.
  • You’re looking for enterprise sales. We don’t do long, complex corporate sales cycles. If large enterprise selling is what drives you, this isn’t the right fit.

What we offer

  • Ownership from day one: a high-impact role where you own our B2B customers in the EMEA region.
  • Shape how we do it: help build the B2B success motion for an established, profitable company.
  • People to learn from: work with a team of highly experienced entrepreneurs and tech people, across Denmark, Canada and Australia.
  • Growth: a clear career path in Customer Success, with specialisations as our services grow.
  • Balance: a healthy work-life balance.
  • Location and benefits: our Copenhagen office, pension and a learning budget.

We work in a relaxed environment in new offices near the Meatpacking District. Every day there’s a tasty, freshly cooked lunch (with a vegetarian option) and great coffee. We also have cosy Friday drinks and great events, from our running club and gaming nights to our epic Christmas and summer parties.
